At Creekside Hearth & Patio we offer a complete selection of high-quality coal, gas, pellet and wood stoves, inserts, fireplaces, furnaces, boilers, outdoor boilers, stainless steel liners and insulated chimneys. We also offer fine outdoor living products including hot tubs, gourmet grills, fireplaces, fire pits, custom ordered patio furniture and outdoor lighting. Creekside Hearth & Patio is more than a retail store. We install our products and provide service to our customers long after the sale. About Us...Creekside Hearth & Patio was formed by two local couples who teamed up to provide products and services that were not centrally available to Mifflin, Juniata and Huntingdon Counties. Local people are often traveling elsewhere to spend their earnings to find quality hearth & outdoor products. As a company, and as members of the community, it is our goal to support local businesses whenever possible. The products we sell are mainly made in the USA and some are made in Canada. Creekside Hearth & Patio offers top quality, specialty products that cannot be found at the mass merchants or elsewhere in Mifflin, Juniata or Huntingdon Counties. The mass merchants try to compete in these industries but they do not offer the quality, the warranty or provide the services that we do. When you have a problem we don't send you to an 800 number. We take care of you personally. Our employees are specially trained to handle the products we sell.Our Products…At Creekside Hearth & Patio, we offer quality hearth brands such as Brunco, Harman, Jotul, Kuma, Napoleon, Pacific Engery and Alaska. These lines provide a great selection of stoves, fireplaces, inserts, furnaces and boilers. We also offer Empire gas logs, Empyre and Cozeburn outdoor boilers, Excel insulated chimneys and stainless steel liners. Our patio line includes Beachcomber Hot Tubs, Napoleon Gourmet Grills, Telescope Casual Furniture and Outdoor Lighting.Accessories…We also have an enormous range of accessories available for our hearth products, including tool sets, hearth pads, humidifiers, kettles, hods & shovels, ash containers, stove scents, brushes, rods, caps, dampers, grates, stovepipes, pellet pipe, chimney chemicals, hearth & stove cleaners, starter gel, rope gasket, firebrick and much, much more! We provide accessories for our hot tubs and gourmet grills as well. We do free water testing for ANY brand of hot tub and will give you a print out of what water care you need to take care of your tub!Parts, Parts, Parts…As well as carrying a wide variety of accessories, brands and kinds of units, we carry parts for the brands we sell. Granted, we can’t keep every part for every unit, but we try to keep the most frequently replaced parts on hand. In addition, we can order parts for many other brands of hearth products. If we don’t have it or can’t order it, then we try to get you to the person or place that can help you! Creekside Hearth & Patio is also able to access many different brands and parts for grills, too!Customer Service…Last, but NOT least is customer service. It is the goal of Creekside Hearth & Patio to provide you with excellent service, before, during and after the sale. We install, clean and service our products. Our employees are factory trained by the companies from which we purchase our products and we have two employees that are certified pellet and woodburning specialist by the National Fireplace Institute as well as a Chimney Sweep certified by the Chimney Safety Institute of America. At Creekside Hearth & Patio, we are committed to being the best at what we do and to providing the highest level of customer service possible. |
